Why is my order shipped in batches?

We will do our best to ship your items together. However, sometimes we may need to split your order into multiple batches. Common reasons for splitting orders include:

Shipping from different distribution centers.

Ships directly from suppliers.

If your order needs to be split, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know:

The estimated number of items in each shipment.

Please note: When we split your order into multiple shipments, you will not be charged extra. We will only spread the shipping costs you pay across multiple shipments at checkout and calculate your order amount.
